The Friar
The way I heard it, a skier in the Swiss Alps was rescued by a group of monks. He was fed a dinner of fish and chips. The food was delicious.
Being from California he immediately thought of getting the recipes and franchising.
He asked one of the monks for the secret of the wonderful chips. He was told,
"I'm the wrong person to ask. I'm the fish friar, you want the chip monk"
